Wireless Experts achieved over $5,200,000 actual savings for the customer which equated to 5 times greater savings than originally projected. The customer is an organization based in New York that owns many premier teaching and research hospitals, along with many smaller heath facilities. They employ thousands of doctors, technicians, staff, and administrators who need reliable voice and data service in all areas of operation. Upon initial consultation, the customer had over 3,500 cellular lines of service including smartphones, tablets, USB modems, and mobile hotspots which quickly grew by 50% to 5200 cellular lines, across many wireless accounts. In addition to wireless service, the customer had over 5,700 pagers, and 100+ telemetry machine to machine devices resulting in a total number of devices under our management over 11,000.
The $5,200,000 billing savings we achieved for the customer is summarized as follows:

Utilizing a new carrier special contract recommended by Wireless Experts that derived exponential savings, the customer also obtained significant new plan and contractual benefits they thought were not possible. Simultaneous with seamlessly transitioning the customer to this new contract, new wireless policies were designed by Wireless Experts which were immediately implemented resulting in more than a 50% reduction in the time the customer's staff spent managing wireless. Substantial monthly overages ceased entirely and retroactive significant credits of over $200,000 were obtained due to material carrier billing errors identified by Wireless Experts.
