Prestigious customer shared with wireless carrier direct team. Provided activations support and wireless consulting expertise. Customers users included US Secret Service Agents who desired to utilize Push to Talk as a primary form of communication using headsets to facilitate privacy. The wireless carrier brought in Wireless Experts to research and resolve this issue which previously could not be rectified by the carrier. Successfully identified satisfactory solution and trained US Secret Service Agents on the proper use of Push to Talk service via headsets.
