At first consultation the customer had over 3,500 cellular lines (smartphones, tablets, USB modems and hotspots) that grew by 50% to 5,200 lines across many accounts, plus 5,700+ pagers and 100+ telemetry M2M devices — over 11,000 devices in total under our management.
